The spiritual leadership of Valencia Hills Community Church, under the headship of Christ, is provided by the Administrative Team, which consists of four to eight lay church members elected by church members, and the Senior Pastor. The Administrative Team is responsible for shepherding and overseeing the people of the church. Their aims are the spiritual welfare of each individual (Hebrews 13:17) and the growth towards Christ-likeness of the Body of believers (Ephesians 4:12-16). Church oversight is detailed in the Board Governance Policies.
