P.E.A.C.E. Plan
In an attempt to have an impact in the world, we have adopted the recently developed P.E.A.C.E. Plan from Saddleback Church as our model to reach the 30 Nations that God has impressed us to pray for and seek God as to how He would have us connect with the Christ-followers that are serving Him in that region. The vision behind the PEACE Plan is to mobilize Christians everywhere to address the world's 5 GIANT PROBLEMS 1) Spiritual Emptiness; 2) Corrupt Leadership; 3) Extreme Poverty; 4) Pandemic Disease; and 5) Rampant Illiteracy. Each letter of PEACE is distinct and works with the others as a "wholistic" unit.

As the expression of Christ and the world's largest distribution network, local churches around the world provide the leadership and ownership of PEACEworks carried out to create sustainable and reproducible COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION.

Simply put, the P.E.A.C.E. plan stands for :

    P. – Partnering with churches: helping to plant churches and doing whatever is needed to help accomplish their mission.

    E.     – Equipping servant leaders: developing leaders in church, business and community to be more effective in their roles and responsibilities.

    A.     – Assisting the poor: helping communities in extreme poverty to find ways to sustain themselves.

    C. – Caring for the sick: reaching out with medical supplies, clean water sources, preventative health care and compassion.

    E.     – Educating the next generation: passing information on to the children by a caring adult in order for them to learn and succeed.
To summarize the plan, it is about ordinary people, empowered by God, making a difference together wherever they are.


HAITI DISASTER RELIEF

Tuesday, January 12th, a devastating earthquake struck the people of Haiti and brought overwhelming destruction to their nation and their lives. The number of injured or dead is said to be in the thousands and now, more than ever, they need our thoughts and prayers.

Many people are asking what they can do to help. The greatest need right now is financial support. The scale of the earthquake’s impact is vast and is said to be the worst this country has felt in 200 years. Your support is vital to the ministry opportunities there and will allow us to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those in need during this critical time.
