Care Leaders West
Tuesday (March 2nd, 9th, 16th, & 23rd) mornings from 10:45am – 11:30am
Our focus is to equip Christian leaders to care well for others in a way that honors Christ!
Currently, there is so much stress, hurt, and confusion in our culture. As Christ-followers we need the wisdom to live out our faith. To navigate issues in our culture such as gender and homelessness can be complicated and challenging. Care Leaders West provides Biblical and practical insight on how to care for people who are struggling. These talks are targeted to all individuals, but especially for people who have influence (which is all of us).
We will be having 4 different talks that can be accessed via Zoom. The cost will be $10 per person and you will have access to all 4 talks.
March 2nd – Dr. Mark Saucy: “What the Bible says about Gender”
March 9th – Ken Craft: “Homelessness”
March 16th – Dr. Jeremy Treat: “The Image of God and the Dignity of All People”
March 23rd – Rebekah Weigel: “God’s Care”
The purpose: To have a face-to-face conversation (at your home/apartment) to talk about how you are doing. We come to you!
How does it work?: Fill out the form linked below and a staff member will connect with you to set up a time to meet. After you connect by phone/email, the staff member will come to your home. The staff member will knock on the door and then step back about 10 feet. The staff member will bring their own lawn chair. You spend time talking on your driveway/sidewalk/front yard (not in your home). We want this opportunity to be available to all our staff, so you will not be able to pick the specific staff member that will visit you. Also, this is only for individuals/families who live in the Santa Clarita area. Thanks for understanding!
